Sink into a deeply restorative session that combines the healing frequencies of live sound healing and intuitive singing with the gentle energy work of Reiki. As you lie comfortably supported, sound healer Jessica Gaines will immerse you in resonant tones — crystal bowls, Shruti Box, chimes, and voice — while Reiki practitioner Pam Benedetto offers hands-on and hands-off energy healing to help release tension and restore balance.
