Join us for a deeply restorative outdoor healing experience combining sound healing with Jessica Gaines and Reiki with Pam Benedetto, beside a glowing saltwater pool. The healing vibrations of crystal bowls and spiritual singing will be amplified by the water, creating a powerful soundscape to soothe your nervous system and invite deep rest. Healing songs will flow through the space, offering gentle emotional and somatic release.
Research shows that even a single session of hands-on energy work can produce measurable reductions in stress, anxiety, and pain — and that the vibrations of crystal bowls and voice directly settle the body's stress response. Sound doesn't just soothe the mind; it speaks to the nervous system in a language it already knows, gently guiding it from tension and vigilance toward rest, repair, and restoration.
You’ll be lying down for the 60 minute session, so please bring a yoga mat and anything else…
